Email Marketing Case Study:

During my time at Pintrill I worked simultaneously as Head of E-Commerce, Email Marketing and Digital Marketing.

Through emails designed in Figma and sent via Klaviyo, I had a significant impact on the health of our emails and commerce as a whole. Through my email work:

  • From June 2023 - June 2024.

Email revenue from June 2023 - June 2024.

  • From June 2023 - June 2024.

Total emails sent from June 2023 - June 2024.

  • Through the management of multiple customers lists in Klaviyo.

To do this, I sent bi and tri-weekly emails, in which I fully merchandised each email, along with copy writing for both the email body and subject / subheads.

I also completely revamped our email flows, conducted thorough A/B testing, and implemented new email sign-up forms.

Merchandising included conceptualizing and executing sales through my dual role as head of e-commerce and email marketing. Part of this exercise included monitoring ROAS (provided by our advertising studio), sale trends and stock to help us maximize our revenue, while effectively working through our inventory.

 

Digital Marketing Case Study:

During my time I also made multiple video assets for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Google, Facebook and Youtube ads. For the attached ad, I edited the video, as well as oversaw direction and shooting. This ad had a substantial and immediate impact on the products sell through rate.

  • The Locking Pin Clutch Pack / System remains our top selling product to this day, and redefined our companies' approach to the value of upsells.
